Are you a current or rising collegiate soccer player looking to stay sharp, develop your game, and compete at a high level this summer? The RCNJ U23 program is the perfect opportunity for players who competed in fall 2024 or will be rostered for fall 2025.
Our program features:
Professional Training: Led by experienced collegiate coaches, you’ll play four nights a week (typically three training sessions and one match) from Monday to Thursday.
Pathway to USL2: The U23 team serves as a key player pool for our USL2 side. Each season, one or two U23 players are called up to compete at the next level.
Additional Opportunities: Players born in 2006 or 2007 may also qualify to compete with our U20 USL Academy League team.
Age Eligibility: Open to players born between 2002 and 2007.
This year’s U23 coaching staff includes:
Widmarc Dalce: Head coach of Mercer County Community College Men’s Soccer, Director of Coaching for RCNJ youth affiliate Mercer United FC. MCCC was a NJCAA DII Finalists in 2024.
Dan Babbert: Former RCNJ U23 player and current assistant coach at Gardner-Webb University, a nationally ranked NCAA D1 men’s soccer program.
Program Details:
Start Date: Training begins May 12, 2025.
Training Location: Rider University, Lawrenceville, NJ.
Match Location: Home games at Mercer County Park, West Windsor, NJ.
League: Compete in the EPSL/CASA U23 league.
What’s Included:
For $425 (payable in two installments), players receive:
Two training shirts, team/player registrations, socks, shorts, and referee fees.
Game day jerseys provided (to be returned at the end of matches).
Registration:
A non-refundable $200 deposit is required at registration to secure your spot.
